Imported images lack details

I am importing .jepg images from Sopro. They do not look as clear in DAVID as they are lacking the built in filtering that Sopro uses. How do we correct that?

Hi, Sopro has an option to apply its filters on the exported images, see below. Maybe check that you have this selected?
